You will be presented with a “Connection Description” window of the form shown in Figure

B-2.

Enter a name for the connection and click OK.

At the “Connect To” window, shown in Figure B-3, select the appropriate COM Port

(determined in Appendix A, Step 3 if using the dataloggerʼs USB COM port) from the

“Connect using: ” pull-down list.

Select OK and a window similar to Figure B-4 will be displayed. Select the appropriate COM

port parameters depending on whether the dataloggerʼs USB COM port or the RS-232

interface jack is being used for the terminal interface.
